Mahima Tiwari (she/her) is a musculoskeletal and pelvic floor physical therapist with six years of experience helping people overcome pain and return to activities that add value to their lives.  She joined the ThriveAgain Team in 2021 to provide top-quality pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy for all genders.

Mahima’s practice is built on a foundation of kindness and empathy toward each patient. She takes advantage of every opportunity to grow as a clinician and has pursued postgraduate training in pelvic floor physical therapy, orthopedic manual therapy, pain science, treatment of concussions, mindfulness, and yoga. Mahima has a background in physical therapy research and has presented original work at the World Conference of physiotherapists. Mahima is working towards earning her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification and has the goal of eventually becoming an instructor of pelvic health to teach therapists around the world how to provide these vital services, especially in locations where pelvic floor therapy is not currently offered.

She is fluent in Hindi and Nepali.
