Pelvic Floor

Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction can cause incontinence, pain, and sexual dysfunction. We use a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to develop a treatment plan specifically focused on your needs and goals.

We look at the complex interplay of factors that are contributing to your problem to address it at a deep level and preventing it from reoccurring.

Chronic Pain

In addressing your ongoing pain, we target all aspects of your body's pain response and use advanced manual therapy, functional retraining, and cutting-edge pain sciences.

Visceral Mobilization

Organs need to glide to allow the body to move fully and without pain and support healthy digestion. We are specially trained to identify and resolve these restrictions to support a more complete and lasting recovery.

Craniosacral Therapy

A light touch, non-invasive technique to balance the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues around the brain and spinal cord and support healing by releasing restrictions and calming your fight or flight response.

We join with clients to do some practical problem-solving, build emotional skills and resilience, and gain insight into relationships and events, both past and present.
